If you want to be staff then you have to be a dedicated peron, and try your hardest to be hee for us. Its like being married, its a two person deal, it cant work with just one person keeping up there end of the bargain. Just like the analogy used we have two sorts of people, the staff, and us regular people, in order to keep everyone happy and everything in order we have to together and work forward for a better tomorrow.
